- Legal research and analysis.

- Assisting in matters relating to:

- Regular court appearances for:
- Mentioning matters
- Seeking adjournments
- Requesting passovers
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation.
- Independently arguing matters after acquiring sufficient experience and working knowledge of taxation laws.

Offline / Court-Based Litigation Practice
The role involves regular attendance before courts and active participation in litigation proceedings.
