Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- LL.B. degree.
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with an MNC, preferably in an in-house legal counsel role.
- Experience in contract review and negotiation.
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial laws, including company law, labour laws and competition law.
- Familiarity with Indian and international laws.
