Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have a minimum of 4 months of prior internship experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Law.
- Be motivated to build a career in Intellectual Property law.
- Possess strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected interns will be responsible for:
- Drafting Notices of Opposition.
- Preparing Counter-Statements and Evidence in Support of Reply.
- Drafting Rectification petitions, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex Intellectual Property matters using standard legal databases.
- Assisting senior professionals with case analysis and reviewing judicial precedents.
- Preparing case summaries, legal memoranda, briefs, legal opinions, and initial case documentation.
- Demonstrating strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
