Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a 5th-year law student or a law graduate.
- Have strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Possess a keen interest in Capital Markets.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Be a quick learner with the ability to implement practical legal knowledge.
- Be willing to relocate and work from the office in Noida.
Note: Students in the 4th year or below are requested not to apply under this assessment internship, as a separate internship policy applies to them.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting CIBIL and promoter watchout checks.
- Legal research and drafting.
- Assisting with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) due diligence.
- Assisting in drafting investment-related chapters.
- Handling legal aspects relating to the appointment of directors and other compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
