Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be final-year LL.B. students.
- Have a keen interest in Litigation, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Have a basic understanding of litigation procedures, corporate laws, and intellectual property laws.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Assisting in litigation matters, including legal research and drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, and other court-related documents.
- Supporting the Corporate Law team in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, board resolutions, policies, and related documentation.
- Assisting in Intellectual Property Rights matters, including trademark, copyright, and patent-related research, filings, documentation, and portfolio management.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis across litigation, corporate, and IPR matters.
- Assisting in due diligence exercises, document review, and regulatory compliance assignments.
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external counsels for case management and transaction support.
- Preparing legal notes, summaries, opinions, and presentations.
- Performing additional legal and administrative tasks to gain exposure across multiple practice areas.
