Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a 5-year LL.B. degree from a reputed university with a strong academic record.
- Have experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate / M&A practice.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work with the General Corporate and M&A team and should possess knowledge of:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA)
- SEBI laws and regulations
- RBI regulations
- Indian Contract Act
- Industrial and Labour Laws
- General Corporate Advisory
- Mergers and Acquisitions
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Hold a Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- Have relevant CS training or work experience.
