- Manage non-litigation legal processes for HL, LAP, MSME, and MFI loan portfolios
- Conduct property due diligence and title verification
- Vet loan and mortgage documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate with business teams, credit departments, and external legal agencies
- Support risk management and compliance initiatives
