About the Organization
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise and a Schedule ‘A’ Mini Ratna Category-I organization. It is responsible for developing, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure across India. AAI has invited online applications for recruitment to various Manager and Junior Executive positions under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT.

Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Law)
- Professional Degree in Law (3-year LL.B. after graduation or 5-year integrated LL.B.).
- The degree must be from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates should be eligible for enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Law.
- Maximum age: 32 years as on 07 September 2026.
Junior Executive (Law)
- Professional Degree in Law (3-year LL.B. after graduation or 5-year integrated LL.B.).
- Degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates should be eligible for enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- No prior work experience required.
- Maximum age: 27 years as on 07 September 2026.
Selection Procedure
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Application Verification
- Interview (for Manager posts only)
There will be no negative marking in the Computer Based Test.
Salary / Pay Scale
Manager (Law)
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA)
- Approximate CTC: ₹21 Lakhs per annum
Junior Executive (Law)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA)
- Approximate CTC: ₹14 Lakhs per annum
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perks, CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, and other admissible benefits as per AAI rules.

- ₹1,000 (inclusive of GST)
- SC/ST, PwBD, Women candidates, and eligible AAI Apprentices are exempted from payment of the application fee.
