Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Qualification as a Lawyer / Advocate
- LL.M. preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry
- Experience with oilfield service companies is highly desirable.
- Experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Experience supporting corporate transactions.
- Experience negotiating contracts exceeding USD 10 million is preferred.
