Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th-year law students from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of Contract Law, Corporate Law and related subjects.
- Interest in startup, healthcare and regulatory law.
- CS qualification, completed or pursuing, is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure to:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing legal documentation.
- Preparing contracts, agreements, policies, statutory records and compliance documents.
