Eligibility Criteria
- 3rd or 4th-year students pursuing a 5-year law course.
- 2nd or 3rd-year students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will receive hands-on exposure to:
- Criminal defence matters involving special statutes, including PMLA and MCOCA.
- White-collar and special statute litigation.
- Insolvency proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT under the IBC.
- IPR and corporate advisory matters for corporate clients.
- Commercial litigation, matrimonial law and civil matters.
- Legal drafting and research as part of active casework.
