Eligibility Criteria
- 2nd or 3rd-year students of the 3-year LL.B. course.
- 3rd, 4th or 5th-year students of the 5-year BSL LL.B. course.
- Candidates should be able to commit to the internship for a minimum of two months.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The internship will provide exposure to research and compliance work relating to:
- Companies Act, 2013
- Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008
- Foreign Exchange Management Act and related regulations
- Securities laws and SEBI regulations
Mode of Work
In-office only. No work-from-home or virtual internship option is available.
Duration
Minimum commitment of 2 months.
