The position reports to the Associate General Counsel, Legal Affairs.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- An LL.B. degree from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Registration with a State Bar Council and good standing to practise law.
- At least 7 years of experience as a practising lawyer or in-house counsel, primarily in litigation.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience before High Courts and/or the Supreme Court, particularly in writ jurisdiction or public interest litigation.
