Legal Internship
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Law students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Students in the 3rd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Students currently pursuing a master’s programme in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.
- Minimum 65% marks or 7.5 SGPA in each semester.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be involved in:
- Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
- Reviewing contractual terms and assessing compliance requirements.
- Researching regulatory developments and updates.
- Supporting due diligence and compliance screening.
- Maintaining contract repositories and trackers.
- Coordinating compliance-related data collection.
Mode of Work
On-site
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Duration
1 to 3 months, with a minimum commitment of 1 month.
Skills Preferred
- Strong legal acumen and research abilities.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Stakeholder interaction and networking experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in contract drafting will be an advantage.
