Legal Internship
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be:
- Currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme; or
- Pursuing the 2nd or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 will be preferred.
- Basic familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra is expected.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will receive practical exposure to:
- Legal research.
- Legal drafting.
- Court proceedings.
- Client interactions.
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law matters.
- Practical legal assignments under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Mode of Work
- In-office
- New Delhi
Duration and Timings
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Internship month: September 2026
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- The internship may be extended based on performance.
Stipend / Perks
- Stipend: ₹5,000
- The stipend may be extended based on performance.
- The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship.
- No stipend will be payable in case of early termination or discontinuation.
