Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates currently enrolled in a recognized law school.
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will assist the legal team in matters relating to:
- Legal research and analysis, particularly involving contracts.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including:
- SaaS Agreements
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Amendments and Change Orders
- Assisting in drafting contracts and legal briefs.
- Attending client meetings and preparing meeting notes.
- Organizing and maintaining legal documentation.
- Supporting investment transactions for startups and investors, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Assisting in compliance and legal functions.
- Working on company law, commercial contracts, data protection, foreign investments, acquisitions, and investment exits.

- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Based on performance during the assessment period, interns may be offered a full-time Associate role.
