Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have 2–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Possess strong experience in General Corporate law.
- Candidates with prior experience at reputed Tier 1 law firms will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates should have experience in:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions
- General corporate advisory
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Conducting legal due diligence
