- Procure and renew store licenses.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for statutory approvals and compliance.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation.
- Handle litigation management and coordinate legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
