Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LL.B. students; or
- Recent graduates who have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Strong interest in corporate law and contract management.
- Basic understanding of commercial laws and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records.
- Track contract renewals and legal documentation.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, correspondence, and internal documentation.
- Support legal compliance activities and maintain compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal documentation.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing legal matters and corporate governance activities.
- Assist in intellectual property documentation and record maintenance, where required.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the legal team.

Stipend / Perks
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
