The firm is currently expanding its team and is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for the position of IP Litigation Paralegal to work on U.S. Intellectual Property litigation matters.

Legal Job Opportunity – IP Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Law)
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with prior hands-on experience in U.S. Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation.
- Excellent legal drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling Copyright, Trademark, and Patent-related matters.
- Drafting Complaints, Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs), Declarations, Motions, Default Judgments, and legal memoranda.
- Reviewing infringement claims and assisting in litigation matters.
- Drafting Licensing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Intellectual Property Assignments, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Terms of Service, and other legal documents.
- Managing case files, docketing, legal research, and providing support for matters before the USPTO and the U.S. Copyright Office.
