Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Students pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year programme).
- Recent Law Graduates.
- Candidates with a strong interest in Corporate Law, Taxation, Property Law, Compliance, Litigation, and Business Advisory.
- Applicants possessing good legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn legal research platforms.
- Previous internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical exposure by assisting in:
- Legal research on corporate, commercial, taxation, regulatory, and business laws.
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting agreements, notices, legal opinions, compliance filings, and other legal documents.
- Property law matters, including title verification, documentation, agreements, and legal due diligence.
- Income Tax and GST-related legal research, case preparation, responses, and appeals.
- Company law and regulatory compliance assignments.
- Litigation support, court documentation, and case management.
- Preparing legal summaries, reports, and research notes.
- Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Maintaining legal records and documentation.
- Collaborating with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Legal Professionals on client assignments.
