Internship Opportunity – Legal Intern (Transactions Team)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time law programme at a recognized law school.
- Have a keen interest in corporate law and transactional practice.
- Be eager to gain practical exposure to M&A, PE/VC transactions, and related legal work.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research on M&A, Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and transactional matters.
- Assisting in legal due diligence exercises.
- Drafting and vetting contracts and transaction documents.
- Reviewing Conditions Precedent (CP), Conditions Subsequent (CS), and transaction closing action items.
- Supporting legal transactional work relating to company law, foreign investments, and data protection laws.
