Internship Opportunity – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law students in the 3rd–5th year or recent law graduates.
- Have a strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Possess good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Conducting trademark searches and assisting in trademark prosecution.
- Drafting replies to examination reports, legal notices, affidavits, and other IPR-related documents.
- Conducting legal research on trademark, copyright, and design laws.
- Assisting with trademark, copyright, and design filings.
- Supporting the legal team in various IPR prosecution and advisory matters.
