The role offers experienced legal professionals the opportunity to independently manage corporate advisory, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters while working closely with partners and clients.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a BA LL.B. or LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Have 4+ years of experience in corporate law, commercial advisory, transactions, or compliance.
- Possess strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients’ business requirements.
- Be capable of independently managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Corporate Advisory & Contracts
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts.
- Preparing legal opinions, advisory notes, and risk assessments.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Advising clients on regulatory requirements across various sectors.
- Monitoring legislative developments and preparing client advisories.
- Supporting compliance frameworks and corporate governance processes.
Transaction Support
- Assisting with corporate transactions, restructurings, legal due diligence, and investment documentation.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate timely transaction closures.
Client & Matter Management
- Working directly with clients and business teams to provide practical legal solutions.
- Liaising with regulators, government authorities, and external consultants.
- Managing legal matters, timelines, trackers, and deliverables from initiation to completion.

Salary
- CTC: Up to ₹18 Lakhs per annum
