Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Be able to interpret statutes, regulations, contracts, and legal precedents.
- Have excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrate a strong command of written English.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Be proficient in legal research tools and online legal databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in legal practice, paralegal work, compliance, contract review, litigation support, or legal research.
- Experience in drafting contracts, legal memoranda, policies, or compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following practice areas:
- Corporate Law
- Contract Law
- Employment Law
- Intellectual Property Law
- Commercial Law
- Data Privacy & Compliance
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution
- Experience reviewing or editing professional legal content.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging legal technologies.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and refining legal content across multiple practice areas.
- Creating legal scenarios, case analyses, contracts, legal memoranda, and correspondence for AI training.
- Reviewing AI-generated legal content for legal accuracy, clarity, completeness, and reasoning.
- Conducting legal research using reliable legal resources.
- Identifying legal inaccuracies, ambiguities, and compliance issues.
- Developing high-quality prompts and model responses for AI systems.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary legal and technology teams.
- Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and jurisdiction-specific legal standards.
