Internship Opportunity – Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing a Law degree.
- Be in the 4th or final year of a 5-year integrated law programme (BA LL.B./BBA LL.B./equivalent), or the 2nd or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Be capable of working independently while managing multiple assignments within deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior exposure to drafting and reviewing SaaS, technology, or IT service-related contracts.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Reviewing legal documents, agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Examining third-party vendor agreements, customer contracts, and standard terms.
- Assisting in the review of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Order Forms, and related legal documents.
- Conducting legal research on contractual provisions, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Preparing redlines and recommending revisions to contractual clauses.
- Supporting the legal team in reviewing SaaS subscription terms, liability clauses, data privacy provisions, and termination clauses.
- Maintaining legal templates, documentation, and the contract repository.

Important Dates and Timelines
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Extension: May be extended up to 12 months at the discretion of the company.
