Legal Job Opportunity – Associate (Full-Time Hiring)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- Possess an understanding of legal fundamentals, methods, and procedures.
- Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Be willing to work on weekends and beyond regular working hours to meet client deadlines.
- Be adaptable, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate teamwork and professional ethics.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing legal documents in accordance with project protocols.
- Conducting Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) as per the UnitedLex Document Review Manual.
- Creating document searches and persistent highlighting.
- Providing written and verbal feedback to Associates.
- Validating team time entries.
- Escalating substantive and project-related issues to Team Leads or Managers.
- Leading team huddles and preparing huddle notes.
- Drafting client Decision Log entries for managerial review.
- Preparing productivity and quality metrics.
- Managing workflow and project updates.
- Assisting Team Leads and Managers in executing document review processes.
- Participating in client calls, where required.
- Assisting in training team members on project protocols.
- Mentoring Associates.
- Supporting departmental training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Mode of Work
- Full-Time Hiring (FTH)
- Location: Haryana, India
Working Conditions
- 9-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours based on project requirements.
- Willingness to travel for short-term and long-term business assignments.
- Mandatory compliance with company policies and ISO/IEC 27001 guidelines.
- Employment duration will depend upon project requirements and availability.
