Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently enrolled in a law school.
- Be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be solution-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist with:
- Legal research and analysis, particularly relating to M&A, PE/VC transactions, and dispute matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and briefs.
- Attending client meetings and preparing meeting notes.
- Filing, organizing, and managing legal documentation.
- Assisting in investment transactions for startups and investors, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Supporting compliance and legal functions.
- Working on matters relating to company law, data protection, commercial contracts, foreign investments, acquisitions, and investment exits.
