Legal Job Opportunity – Corporate Counsel (Junior Corporate Counsel)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Software Licence Agreements
- Subscription Agreements
- SaaS Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Partner Agreements
- OEM Agreements
- Other commercial contracts
- Supporting the commercial, sales, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), product, and engineering teams.
- Responding to legal queries from global sales teams.
- Assisting in updating legal playbooks and standard contract templates.
- Collaborating with Information Security and IT teams.
- Advising on legal issues relating to:
- Software and technology businesses
- Open-source software
- Encryption
- Data security
- Identifying and implementing legal process improvements.
- Supporting strategic legal projects and other matters assigned by the Legal Department.
