Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be an Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong legal acumen and courtroom skills.
- Have experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination.
- Be proficient in legal drafting, legal research, and litigation strategy.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Legal drafting and documentation.
- Conducting legal research and case preparation.
- Appearing before courts and representing clients.
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
