Legal Job Opportunity – Legal Counsel
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Law degree from a recognized university.
- An LL.M. degree will be preferred.
- Have 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in an in-house legal role or a top-tier law firm.
- Possess expertise in commercial contracting, licensing, and cross-border transactions.
- Have experience supporting pharmaceutical, generics, OTC, healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences businesses.
- Have an understanding of European legal and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation, legal advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be proficient in legal technology tools, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and digital contract workflows.

The selected candidate will provide end-to-end legal and strategic support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business, including:

- Supply Agreements (Finished Goods/API)
- Distribution and Sub-distribution Agreements
- Warehousing and Logistics Agreements
- Transportation and Freight Contracts
- Consignment and Pricing Agreements
Business Development & Strategic Transactions
- In-Licensing Agreements
- Out-Licensing Agreements
- Strategic Collaboration Agreements
- Asset Acquisition and OTC Acquisition Agreements
- Amendments and Restatements
IT & Technology
- Vendor and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- IT and E-commerce Support Agreements
- Website Terms and Conditions
- Device Loan and Product Use Agreements
Marketing & Promotion
- CME and HCP/KOL Engagement Agreements
- Marketing, Media, and Creative Agency Agreements
- Influencer and Digital Marketing Contracts
Internal Legal Support
- Inter-company Supply and Distribution Agreements
- Registration and Market Access-related Internal Agreements
- Advising internal business teams on commercialization, product launches, licensing, and compliance matters.
- Supporting legal process improvements through clause standardization, digital legal initiatives, and CLM adoption.
