Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with a recognized Bar Council is preferred.
- Possess a strong understanding of statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Be proficient in legal drafting, legal research, and document preparation.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and confidentiality.
- Be capable of managing multiple assignments and working effectively in a team.
- Be proficient in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Assisting senior lawyers in legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including case briefs, notices, replies, and legal correspondence.
- Providing preliminary legal advice under supervision.
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining organized case files and legal documentation.
- Contributing to legal strategies for client matters.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to clients.
- Participating in client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings as required.
