Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university.
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in legal research, drafting, litigation support, or legal process outsourcing (LPO) is preferred but not mandatory.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases.
- Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, interrogatories, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and briefs.
- Analyzing case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and legal analysis.
- Communicating with clients and legal teams regarding case updates.
- Maintaining accurate case records and legal documentation.
- Ensuring timely completion of assignments while meeting quality standards.
Mode of Work
- On-site
- Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift).
