Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law graduates.
- Have 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Possess strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Assisting in corporate and investment transactions, including private equity, venture capital, and startup deals.
- Supporting real estate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence.
