Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Be enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Have 0–1 year of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation (preferred).
- Serious freshers with strong drafting skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior exposure to civil or commercial litigation will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Representing clients before the High Court, Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, and other judicial bodies.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, written statements, legal notices, affidavits, and written arguments.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Managing court filings, briefing senior counsel, and coordinating case matters.
- Attending client conferences and assisting in advisory assignments.
- Maintaining case trackers and ensuring procedural compliance.

- Location: Malleswaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
