Applicants should:

- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be willing to learn and work in a non-litigation corporate legal environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing commercial agreements for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, notices, replies, and correspondence.
- Supporting due diligence exercises by reviewing documents and identifying discrepancies.
- Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and recent legal developments.
- Tracking compliance timelines and maintaining contract and legal records.
- Coordinating with external teams, vendors, and authorities to obtain information and follow up on pending matters.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal assessment reports and presentations.
