Legal Job Opportunity (Legal Administrative Assistant)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have a minimum of 3–4 years of legal administrative experience.
- Be familiar with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contract management processes.
- Have knowledge of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) (preferred).
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be proficient in SharePoint, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client and supplier contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Coordinating contract processes with Legal, Sales, Finance, Technology, and regional leadership teams.
- Tracking contract progress and ensuring timely approvals and stakeholder responses.
- Maintaining contract trackers and document repositories.
- Managing document storage, naming conventions, and version control.
- Monitoring agreement expirations and renewal requirements.
- Handling high-volume, low-complexity agreements independently using approved templates.
