Legal Job Opportunity (Legal Administrative Assistant)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

  • Have a minimum of 3–4 years of legal administrative experience.
  • Be familiar with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and contract management processes.
  • Have knowledge of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) (preferred).
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be proficient in SharePoint, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client and supplier contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Coordinating contract processes with Legal, Sales, Finance, Technology, and regional leadership teams.
  • Tracking contract progress and ensuring timely approvals and stakeholder responses.
  • Maintaining contract trackers and document repositories.
  • Managing document storage, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Monitoring agreement expirations and renewal requirements.
  • Handling high-volume, low-complexity agreements independently using approved templates.

  • Location: New Delhi, Delhi.
