About the Organization
The Registrar of Companies (RoC)-cum-Official Liquidator, Bilaspur, functions under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is attached to the High Court of Chhattisgarh. The office is responsible for administering the provisions of company law, corporate governance, and matters relating to official liquidation.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in an LL.B. or equivalent law programme.
- Submit a valid Bonafide Certificate issued by their educational institution along with the application.

Selected Legal Trainees will gain practical exposure to:
- Corporate Law
- Corporate Governance
- Work undertaken by the Registrar of Companies and Official Liquidator
