Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an undergraduate LL.B. degree from a recognized and reputed university.
- Have a minimum of 5–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry or corporate practice at reputed law firms.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing proactive legal support and strategic legal advice to business units and stakeholders.
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating agreements, contracts, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
- Managing contract negotiations with external parties.
- Advising and handling litigation matters, including Writ Petitions, Arbitration proceedings, Labour Laws, and Trademark disputes.
- Preparing legal strategies, drafting defences, and coordinating with external counsel and law firms.
- Advising on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues affecting business operations.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Maintaining Legal MIS and ensuring updated case records.
- Independently handling Intellectual Property matters, including trademark registration, prosecution, oppositions, and IP-related disputes.
