Job Title
Legal Associate – U.S. Immigration Law & Operations
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law graduates.
- Be based in India.
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Have an interest in U.S. immigration law, international law, or visa-related legal practice.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Be comfortable learning and using AI-powered tools in legal workflows.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with O-1, EB-1A, or EB-2 NIW visa categories, although training will be provided.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting recommendation letters, petition letters, and personal statements for U.S. immigration petitions.
- Conducting legal and factual research to support immigration case strategies.
- Reviewing, organizing, and managing supporting evidence, including publications, awards, patents, and other documentation.
- Assisting with document formatting, legal citations, and compliance requirements.
- Contributing to internal legal knowledge resources relating to O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW visa categories.
- Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and operational teams to improve case management and client experience.
