Position
Assistant Manager – Legal (AM Legal)
Location
Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Have 3–6 years of experience in handling commercial and contractual legal matters.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with a multinational company (MNC) as an in-house legal professional handling contract review and negotiation.
- Demonstrate expertise in Corporate and Commercial Laws, including Company Law, Labour Laws, and the Competition Act.
- Have knowledge of both Indian and international legal frameworks.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and automation tools.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, drafting, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Amendments
- Change Orders
- Software Licensing Agreements
- Other commercial contracts
- Interpreting complex contractual clauses and advising business teams on contractual compliance.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Business Development, Finance, and other business functions.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, including client legal counsels, for timely resolution of contractual issues.
- Providing legal support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ensuring effective contract management and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

- Prior experience in contract automation or legal technology platforms.
Reporting Structure
The selected candidate will work as an Assistant Manager – Legal and report directly to the Manager – Legal.
