- Students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a law degree programme.
- Candidates who are interested in building a career in Corporate Law.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, enthusiastic law students with a strong willingness to learn.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will have the opportunity to work on:
- Startup fundraising and venture capital transactions.
- Intellectual Property.
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- General corporate advisory matters.
