About the Opportunity
Adv. Aditya Bharat Manubarwala is inviting applications from exceptional senior law students and recent law graduates for the position of Research Intern. The selected intern will assist in the research and writing of an upcoming book on Company Law, co-authored with Adv. Thajaswini C. B. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in legal research and academic writing on contemporary issues in commercial and company law.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following criteria:
- Senior law students or recent law graduates.
- Demonstrated aptitude for legal research through publications in reputed journals and/or recognised newspapers.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Strong interest in Commercial Law.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on contemporary issues in Company Law.
- Assist in the research and writing of a forthcoming academic book.
- Contribute to legal analysis and drafting of research material.
