Eligibility Criteria
Associate – Disputes Team
- Qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Senior Associate – Corporate Commercial Team
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Associate – Disputes Team
- Assist in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case-related documents.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other litigation documents.
- Support senior lawyers in court and arbitration matters.
Senior Associate – Corporate Commercial Team
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Manage client relationships and support complex corporate transactions.
