Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be punctual, disciplined, and committed to professional responsibilities.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Candidates with prior knowledge of or internship experience in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Legal research.
- Legal drafting.
- Court proceedings.
- Client interactions.
- Assisting experienced professionals in handling diverse legal matters.
Mode of Work

- Location: New Delhi
Important Dates and Timelines
- Commencement: July 2026
- Assessment Period: 3 months (extendable based on performance and organizational requirements)
Stipend / Perks
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.
- The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the assessment period.
- No stipend shall be payable if the internship is terminated early, discontinued by the intern, or if the assessment period is not completed satisfactorily.
