Position: Senior Associate – White Collar Crimes / Criminal Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the position should possess:
- LL.B. degree from a reputed law school in India or abroad.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in criminal litigation and white-collar crime matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently handle criminal litigation matters.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing litigation pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Managing criminal litigation matters, investigations, and defence strategies.
- Advising clients on:
- Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
- Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS)
- Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA)
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
- Companies Act and allied laws
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Representing and assisting clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings.

- Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of post-qualification experience in criminal litigation and white-collar crime practice.
