Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be currently pursuing or have recently completed an LL.B., BLS LL.B., BA LL.B., or an equivalent law degree
- Possess excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English
- Have a strong understanding of basic legal concepts, including contracts, confidentiality, compliance, and data privacy norms
- Demonstrate strong research and analytical abilities
- Be capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Be comfortable using digital tools, transcription platforms, and document management systems
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Reviewing legal documents, agreements, and internal policies for accuracy and completeness
- Conducting compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Analyzing transcripts, communication data, and product-related content for legal and compliance concerns
- Assisting in drafting and updating legal templates, disclaimers, terms and conditions, and SOPs
- Maintaining organized documentation and version control systems
- Researching regulatory frameworks, risk areas, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinating with Product, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams for timely completion of legal reviews
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance team
