Position: Knowledge Editor – Founders’ Office

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate degree is mandatory.
  • LL.B. or legal background is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with a postgraduate degree in law, journalism, mass communication, or a related field may also be considered.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal writing, content editing, communications, or editorial work.
  • Experience in a law firm, legal publisher, policy organization, chamber of commerce, think tank, or newspaper is preferred.
  • Professional experience in social media management and graphic design using Canva or equivalent tools is required.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, write, and publish the firm’s weekly regulatory newsletter covering developments from RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, MCA, and the fintech sector.
  • Draft and edit articles, thought leadership pieces, and regulatory commentary.
  • Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including content planning and engagement monitoring.
  • Design graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Build and maintain the firm’s internal knowledge repository, including precedents, practice guides, regulatory matrices, and training materials.
  • Track important Supreme Court and High Court judgments, regulatory circulars, and legislative developments.
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and onboarding programs.
  • Manage website content and updates.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, client briefings, conferences, and firm events.
  • Work directly with the founding partners on strategic law firm management initiatives.

Mode of Work

Full-Time | On-Site

Location: Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi

Travel may be required as part of the role.

Selection Criteria

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Understand commercial and regulatory legal developments.
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory updates into business-friendly content without compromising legal accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects and publication deadlines simultaneously.
  • Maintain a consistent editorial voice across different communication formats.
  • Demonstrate excellent written English and strong project management skills.

Remuneration

  • Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and market standards.
