Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in dispute resolution matters.
- Expertise in corporate litigation and arbitration.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and other legal documents relating to corporate litigation and arbitration.
- Handling complex civil and commercial dispute matters.
- Managing litigation and arbitration assignments independently.
- Assisting clients in dispute resolution proceedings.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Additional Expertise
Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:
- Media and Entertainment Litigation
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation
