Position: Manager – Corporate Legal

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support to global commercial and procurement legal teams
- Assist business and user teams in finalizing legal documentation, including:
- Restructuring documents
- Contract amendments
- Vendor agreements
- Customer agreements
- Manage contract workflows and shared mailbox operations
- Ensure timely triaging and handling of legal requests across global regions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents
- Support onboarding and training of team members
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including procurement, sales, finance, and HR teams
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
- Communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and practical manner to non-legal stakeholders
- Uphold ethical standards while serving as a trusted legal advisor to the business
